All contact was very professional but in the end I was not quite ready to upgrade at this time

Hi, our sales person was very informed and efficient throughout the whole process, however I feel there was a certain clunky approach by Volvo in that everything down to the minutia had to be explained over and over. Followed by numerous calls and videos regarding customer satisfaction etc. It’s a good criticism I guess that you’re a bit overkill I feel in the aftersales side but I’d have appreciated the experience more if the sales person had been allowed to be less robotic In our dealings than we experienced. He was a thoroughly nice chap but I feel as if the customer journey was somewhat soulless and over efficient if that’s in anyway possible?! Again not a criticism of the sales person, more an overriding feeling I’ve came away with in my first ever dealing with Volvo
