Basically I wasn't intending to buy the Volvo XC60 but only came for a test drive. However, I found Gordon to be an excellent communicator, there was no pressure to buy, only a gentle probing of my needs regarding a new car. Gordon is the reason I bought the car, I immediately felt comfortable dealing with him. As has a lovely manner, gentle and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the Volvo range. One might buy something because they like it, especially a car, but it takes a special kind of salesman to help you understand what you really want and how your needs can be met. I am a very happy customer. 😊
