I spoke to Derek about the XC40 which is the model I am interested in & he mentioned going down the plug-in hybrid road , which is something I am going to research & then go back in to the branch very soon.

I was told that email will be sent to me with different vehicles available at dealership but didn’t hear anything from them.

Initial mechanical issue was well handled and we were well looked after until issue resolved. Kept fully informed and updated.

Gordon took great care throughout the buying process, he shared a very detailed video of the car to save me travelling through, once the sale was agreed he continued the great communication and on handover day sorted all the paperwork out and talked me through various functions of the car before I left. Will definitely be back!

Mike was very helpful, he explained the features of the car well, we were very pleased with our purchase. I'm not sure if we met a member of the management team or not so apologies if we did and didn't realise.
