Sorry to see dealerships being overtaken by direct selling - it's a backward step. I was not able to source an electric car within reasonable time limits and new cars (electric or otherwise) do not have BLIS. I am therefore continuing to use my existing XC40 until something comes along that would replace it with the same features (including BLIS).

Sales advisor was informative, patient, and overall I was very happy with contact. On this occasion however, the quote / deal didn’t match my current budget.

Second purchase from Derek, every bit as smooth as the first! He’s great and the car is great- very pleased !

He knew what we were looking for and when a brand new car meeting our specification came newly off a transporter into stock he contacted us immediately. After seeing the car that same day we agreed to purchase it.

Mike was extremely helpful and provided a lot of details regarding the car we were interested. We also were shown a top of the range car as an example of the XC 40 in terms of the inside space and boot capacity. Unfortunately because of the uncertainty of new car supplies we did not take things further.

Good customer service just not quite the right time to purchase a new vehicle

Your records are out of date by 3 days. I walked off the street and saw Neil Flack. I was interested in a used Lexus car that was newly in stock. After an hour I purchased the car and 3 days later collected it. Neil was of great help and organised a full service, MOT and 1 year extended warranty included in the price. The car had been valeted and was ready when I came to collect it. Neil was good and prompt at replying to my emails and was very pleasent in our negotiations, despite his lack of knowledge in a strange car ( not Volvo! )
