I was a bit disappointed that after agreeing to buy my new car, I had to get in touch after several weeks for an update of the cars status. I know I was told it was 12 weeks but a regular update would have been good. Apart from that I was very pleased with my car buying experience.

Would highly recommend Taggarts. Bought a used XC60, lovely car reasonably priced and the salesman Derek Taylor was great to deal with. Would definitely go back.

Had just had a really bad experience with Arnold Clark prior to visit with you, what a difference in staff attitude, everyone was so helpful and accomadating, great deal, no hidden extras in cost and made up promotions, everything went smoothly and Geoff kept us up to date with emails, car was ready at agreed time, was a joy to deal with you, I am delighted with my car and will definitely be back, well done 👏👏👏

The sales executive Abbie Murray was very professional. She was very informative about our options as far as car and finance were concerned. She also kept in touch about the progress of the car production and spent time demonstrating the features and controls when we received the car.

Even though we were unsuccessful in purchasing a Volvo at Taggarts we were more than satisfied with the service given to us. The Team at Glasgow were very professional and knowledgeable and offered us every facility. We decided not to purchase at this time due to the state of the market with regard to electronic components restricting choice and availability and the our own uncertainty over full electric versus PHEV. our thanks to the team at Volvo Glasgow.
