Friendly and helpful telephone prompt to arrange a service then, when I needed to change the date an equally helpful and easy alteration was made. The actual service took place as arranged and my questions regarding a couple of computer settings were noted and a good response made.

Check in online was straightforward time saving and easy to do. Would have booked in online but was a bit busy, so booked via phone when I received a reminder/follow up call, which was very helpful. Excellent customer service, from booking, booking in and through to collection. Friendly and professional team ready to give advice and guidance as required. Kept informed of progress.

I would prefer to book over the phone. My experience with Volvo Hillington Glasgow was excellent this year. This was due to the help and advice i received from Andy in the parts dept and Pauline Heslop whi has dealt with my car on many occasions and always gives exceptional customer service. Pauline makes the experience so personal and is a bug part of why i return to Volvo each year for my service. She explains everything fully and has a lovely manner.
