😊 I absolutely love the car and the service I received.The reception lady was absolutely fabulous.Abbie was consistent; thorough; and professional in her communication with me; meeting my extremely demanding 5 day timeline.Finance and GAP options were presented and processed with great clarity.I met the sales executive in person on her day off which I thought was very courteous.Both managers, Ian and Steve delivered 5 star 🌟 service on collection; particularly with their help trouble shooting a drive away insurance and V5 hiccup on the day.As with any service with so many moving parts, there is always room for improvement.The manager stepped in for the sales executive on Christmas eve and was a bit rusty on product knowledge; specifically regarding operating the xc70 sat nav.Overall I would highly recommend Taggarts Volvo. 😊

Stephen Galbraith is a credit to your company. He was polite and helpful at all times. Unfortunately, there was nothing in stock that suited our budget. We will definitely return in a few years time when we change cars.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy, and great care was taken during the handover of the car to make sure everything was clear. Gordon Brown was very good to deal with, he had that personal touch, and very professional. I was also impressed by the organisation and the measures in place to provide a safe environment, a real credit to Derek Muir Head of Business and Craig Yuill Sales Manager. Overall a great experience!

Very caring and supportive sales staff. The salesman was superb. The only reason I gave 4 stars is not taggarts or the salesmans fault. Taggarts were let down by the website. You cannot print out brochures as a whole, you can only print one page at a time which is useless. I can do basics on my computer, but my partner knows nothing and like me, much prefers a properly printed brochure. Most motability customers are older and would prefer a printed version to look at. A computer screen does not work for us and if I choose another car, it's not the salesman or taggarts fault. Honda still do real brochures, so they win my business by default. Volvo needs to think about what their motability customers do need, not what they think is 'modern'.

We contacted Taggarts after looking at various Volvo dealers on the internet. Within an hour David Thomson telephoned us and sent a video presentation of the actual car that we were interested in. He progressed through the complete sale journey during the day,explaining everything and answering our questions. He was courteous,patient and thorough and it became clear to us that this was where we were going to buy our Volvo from. It is noteworthy that we live over 500 miles away from Glasgow, most UK Volvo dealerships are nearer,none of those that we made contact with merited any further consideration. We commend David Thomson and Taggarts Glasgow for their service.
