During these current restrictions i felt the prompt replies and overall service given by my sales person where outstanding. I had more than one question throughout the process and Stephen replied very quickly and resolved any questions i had

We visited the dealership having viewed a deal on line and wanted some additional information and a test drive in the vehicle. On arrival we were introduced to Mike Wilkes who took time to listen to our requirements. He advised us that the deal that we had seen on line, although still available, could not be fulfilled at that time due to stock shortages and would not be available for sometime. Mike then took time to allow us to view similar models with different specifications that were available and in stock. However, after deals were looked at the options in stock were out with our current budget. All credit to Mike, and his patience. At no time did he try and push a deal/vehicle on us. He took time to review other vehicles that were available at other locations throughout the UK and was able to located a vehicle (same model, but better specification) that we had initially been interested in and within our budget. David Thomson was good enough to look at the various finance options available, and again without being pushy, was able to secure and excellent deal for us. Following a test drive the order was placed and within a few days we became the proud owners of a new Volvo. Probably a painful experience for Mike and the team at Glasgow, but extremely pleasurable for us. We would have no hesitation, but to highly recommend Volvo Glasgow, and in particular Mike Wilkes and David Thomson (both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient).

The sales executive, Gordon Brown, made the whole process very easy. He was knowledgeable, patient and responsive.

Gordon Brown is always very well knowledged and a pleasure to deal with. This is the 3rd car I have bought from him and look forward to the 4th!

The overall service given by the motability specialist Roger Buchanan was excellent. I knew every step of the way what was happening and what the next step would be. Just one thing which was a little annoying was that the vehicle - a hybrid - had next to no charge in it. It would have been nice to be able to drive off quietly

Overall, I found this to be a very positive experience. Credit to Roger Buchanan for making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible (even in the midst of a global pandemic!). Roger answered all of my questions and continually kept me updated, I knew the minute Roger had any new information then he’d let me know straight away - I never felt like I had to chase/follow up at any time. Roger took steps to keep me updated remotely and shared information about the car with personalised videos, this was a really nice touch and definitely made me feel more familiar with the car upon collection. The precautions taken by everyone at the dealership also made me feel very safe when collecting the car. Keep up the good work!
