The service was excellent and the staff very polite. The staff were polite and helpful, any questions I had were answered right away, had a glimpse into your workplace and it was very very clean, thank you Volvo.

Christopher Mitchell was very helpful, we were running late, he made us welcome and explained everything regarding the Volvo. If we have any questions or problems just to give him a call.

Steven was absolutely amazing with me and my wife. Cant fault him at all.

The initial booking procedure was excellent. The time arranged for 0815 was suitable. Check in procedure was excellent. Informed of the web connection to check on progress. This was the most annoying part of the procedure, as the system never moved beyond Being Prepared. As time was now later in the afternoon, I had to phone to see what the state of play was. Being informed that they were very busy did not help! I eventually got a call around 4pm saying that my car was ready. The redeeming factor was getting a visual checklist report, which I found useful, plus a mini valet. That brought the score up.
