From start to finish the customer service was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful & made the whole ordering & handover process seamless. Not only am I over the moon with my car, I also feel that I can contact the garage in the future with any queries or questions. I knew there was a waiting time for my car & was more than happy to wait but I was contacted by the garage on numerous occasions even to be advised there was no news of it yet & that contact to me shows good customer care. Any questions I had were all answered & all of my emails & phone calls were dealt with & replied to very quickly. Abbie who dealt with my handover was just lovely & it was a fast easy process.

It is OK for customers who are computer literate. Not so for those whose abilities are limited.Stop/start function still not working. Thought you might have charged the battery up overnight, so that it was at least 76% to make it work.

Very easy to complete and saved time on the day.My car was worked on efficiently and returned to me in a very reasonable time.
