The Salex Executive, Elliott Macrae was extremely helpful throughout the sale and the handover of my new volvo. The process was much quicker that I had anticipated and Elliott kept me informed every step of the way. Although I have had 3 previous XC90s he spent a good bit of time explaining the changes made and how the systems and controls function. I felt very confident when driving away from Lookers that I knew what I needed to know about the vehicle to take it onto the road.

Received an e-mail telling me that the car was ready for collection,when I arrived at the garage I had to wait for 20 minutes while the car was being cleaned.
