I purchased a new Volvo XC90 and on picking it up from Lookers a crack was found in the sun-roof glass. This was quickly dealt with and a date set to replace the glass and provide me with a courtesy car. I dropped off the vehicle on the due date and was contacted that afternoon to say repair made and ready for collection. All the staff I dealt with from the reception, after sales and workshops teams were very professional in how they handled this which was to my complete satisfaction.
