Stephen was a pleasure to deal with, he made it easy and took the time to come in and do the hand over even tho he had the day off and was just returning from a course. The car was presented as new and I thank him for his patience and time he spent answering and sorting any request I had. The service was great and what I thought was a complex problem was a relatively simple and quick fix. Whilst the video I received from the engineer was detailed and clear, I had to call up for further updates about collection times.
