Salesman was very good but I found the amount of separate esign documents to be completed prior to delivery was excessive and at times confusing

Was called and reminded service.MOT due and asked if I wished to book. Made booking advising I have a service plan which is a volvo benefit and I also receive volvo breakdown cover another benefit. Lookers also offer "bumper" to spread payments for any extras ie brakes.

Very easy to use and available dates and times were made clear.There were no issues. All aspects of the job card were covered on the day. The health check video was very clear. Car was ready mid-afternoon which is earlier than I’ve typically experienced with other dealerships.
