The online "job tracker" was ineffective - the car went from showing as having arrived, to "being prepared", then there were no changes in status until I received a text to say that the job was complete... The video review really wasn't necessary in this case, either (although I do generally agree it's a good idea), as the car was in for an under-the-bonnet safety upgrade.
