Easy to understand and use Everything went to plan

After booking online, I still received a reminder to book a service. My car didn't associate my email with the booking same one used for both Volvo Online and Lookers . Easy to book the service. Most importantly, as someone with mobility issues, the ladies on reception couldn't do enough to help me - from getting me a comfortable chair, frequent offers of coffee's, to bringing my car to the front door. All very much appreciated.

Great service on initial visit. Petrol cap cover stuck closed. Could not add fuel ! Gus spent time trying to help release the cover. Another mechanic also helped finally release the lock which allowed me to continue using car until booked in for the replacement of the motor which released the cap.

The only very minor problem was that the salesman was slightly unsure of some of the new features in this model. This is understandable as the model itself is so new.

Warranty issue sorted with no hassle. Car checked in and out same day and comprehensive health check provided.
