Easy to use and informative. Service department were excellent, slight problem when leaving garage which was handled very well. Everyone can make mistakes it is how the mistakes are dealt with that matters and this one couldn’t have been handle better.

I am a disabled customer and having this facility of online and car collection/return is excellent. You would not be able to give me a courtesy car (as my car is adapted) so I plan my day accordingly around not having the car. However, it works and the service was excellent. Collected at 0730 and the online updates of the car service status were very helpful. Excellent communication throughout process from booking to car collection and return

Staff were friendly and work was carried out promptly. The update said I would receive an email with health check but I only got paper copy once I collected the car.

My problem was solved within the allotted time and I was able to check the status of the car on line throughout the day.

Excellent experience. Car was booked in for service and mot. I delivered the car the day before the work was due to be done. I received an email the next morning stating that the car was ready for collection. It turns out the work had been carried out overnight. A new service. I was delighted that I could get my car returned a day early.

From arranging the appointment to collecting my car, I received excellent customer service. My car was washed and hoovered which I didn’t expect after a recall, that was a nice surprise.
