Lookers, and in particular, Ian Brackenridge has gone above and beyond to ensure I acquired a new car. I was scheduled to collect it on 15 December 2023 but finally took ownership on 13 February 2024. If it hadn't been for Ian's sterling efforts I would have walked away from Volvo UK's utter incompetence and total failure to meet customer service standards.

The whole experience was flawless and easy. I was able to pick the car up less that 24 hours later with no stress at all. Elliott was extremely patient answering my questions and took a lot of time explaining how the car worked. I will definitely use again
