Stephen took time to explain things sufficiently for us to understand the infotainment centre, and was aware enough to suggest maybe that would be enough for now with the proviso we could arrange a return to clarify more and answer questions

Really good support and advice from Bryan on a particularly busy day. However limited stock availability made it difficult to proceed with a purchase on that occasion. Bryan deserves a lot of credit for being able and prepared to spend the time with customers, taking time to understand their needs, exploring alternatives and ultimately helping them make a good decision. Although we did not make a purchase today we will be back I am sure.

I requested a one day earlier handover which was duly accommodated. The car was extremely well presented for a used vehicle. All the new driving essentials were explained - previous car outdated by more than a decade.

Not the greatest fan of computers, don’t actually have one, only my phone. But the online booking service was very easy to use. Received a reminder about my MOT in plenty of time to arrange appt. Able to make appt for the day I wanted. E-mail reminders about the day and time of appt. Phoned directly by the service manager to ask if the appt time could be brought forward which was great. Able to book in online, paperwork all ready. Kept informed as to progress.

Would have gave 5 stars but when checked in I had put a note on but nobody acknowledged it. Wasn’t a major issue Overall great service. Initially when we first purchased the car we had couple issues and had very little faith in service department. Since then we have not had any problems and whatever we asked of service and parts department have been fulfilled spot on.
