From the moment we arrived to pick up the Volvo XC 40, Stephen Galbraith first of all showed us the car. He then took us through the handover process including my handing over the keys, mot & service history of our previous Audi Q3. My wife, daughter & I enjoyed a cup of coffee & biscuits that Stephen got for us before he finished the details on the computer & was pleased to tell us we were to receive the good condition bonus. He took us out to where the car was parked & explained the various functions of the car & Infotainment Centre. Was so pleased that Stephen was dealing with the whole process for us & made everything so easy with the handover. He assured us that if there was any Query with the car, just to phone him & he would make time to explain anything we are not sure about
