The staff were very helpful and explained the nature of the car repairs. They also helped me to better understand how to get more out of my car. In addition I was loaned a USB stick to update the maps. Thank you.

The work was professional and staff were helpful and polite. My wife was kind enough to bring the car and passed on to me the information related to the work. I am pleased to get the car back in such good form Professional work was excellent. Useful to know that the car has been serviced and given appropriate work and treatment. Appreciated the confirmation of the date and time of the booking, and also where appropriate the timeline of the work being undertaken. Good communications from Liz prior to the booking being made and confirmed. Prompt service upon arrival on the day and again when collecting the car in the afternoon. Also appreciated the courtesy car wash.
