When I called the online service and explained I was receiving a warning light that an oil service was required. I was not sure if this could wait for my annual service and MOT in March 2024 and he suggested I should make a booked to have the warning light checked and also to book in my annual service there at then. He said the oil service check would incur no cost. I made both bookings and I was perfectly content with that and the way it was handled. When I arrived for the oil service check, the staff had this down as a vehicle service. They suggested I have the car service, as I had a Volvo Plan for that, as this would address the problem with the oil indicator. This would save me the inconvenience of returning in March. If I had the oil service I would have been charged for this only to have the same work done again in March. I do appreciate the call centre staff are not vehicle technicians and I have no complaints about the person who dealt with my call, as he was very professional in his approach. I could not fault the service I received. I was given wrong advice from the call centre when booking the service, but this was well managed when I arrived at the Hillington Centre by the woman who booked my car in. She suggested a solution, which was perfectly acceptable to me.

Would have been 5 stars but the car wasn't cleaned properly- not an issue by any means, just looked like it had a sponge rubbed over it and the bottom half still covered in dirt. Other than that, excellent as ever.
