Elliott Macrae did all the necessary paperwork efficiently and explained everything we needed to know about driving our new Volvo XC 40. He was friendly and professional which made the process less daunting than we thought it would be. He also said that we could contact him at any time to ask any questions which was reassuring.

There were many problems associated with the purchase of this vehicle, but these resulted from Volvo's new centralised system which was characterised by incompetence at every stage, unnecessary delays and a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. The sales representative, Stephen Galbraith, was , on the other hand, the consummate professional in his approach. He was informative, amiable and highly skilled, often going out of his way to deal with the problems caused by the new system. Without his real interest in me as a customer, the issues would have been even more stressful.
