Appreciated the confirmation of the date and time of the booking, and also where appropriate the timeline of the work being undertaken.Good communications from Liz prior to the booking being made and confirmed.Prompt service upon arrival on the day and again when collecting the car in the afternoon.Also appreciated the courtesy car wash.
