As noted in an earlier response Prompt and courteous service in collection of my vehicle following failure of the clutch with pick up assistance by Volvo Assistance. The clutch linkage was checked and repaired within two days. If I have any further comment to make, I was surprised at the failure in that the clutch and flywheel had been replaced only 6 weeks before. I was advised that the linkage from the clutch peddle would not normally be checked during replacement of the clutch.

I find talking to someone more reassuring that I've got what I need. Quick, effective and explained everything that was done to the car and why it was needed.

On what was a busy day with the EX30 in the branch and issues with the car I was originally due to take out Bryan ensured I had access to an alternative for the test drive, made sure I got an opportunity to get up close with the EX30 and then we had time to discuss the lease options with no feeling of pressure.
