Booking online listed work which had been done the previous week - service and MOT, in addition to the warrenty repair which was the reason for my visit. I had to explain this to the reception (different person to the previous week). All was ok, except that the warrenty repair did not solve the problem.Staff were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Would have been five stars but the problem was not fixed so I will have to return to the garage again and leave the car for a day. Inconvenient.
