Low tyre pressure turned out to be a nail in a tyre. Despite not having an appointment, garage fitted my car in and fitted a new tyre. Thank you to Sarah for her help and to the service team who kept me on the road.

Staff checked what was needed then ordered part gave us an other appointment they changed the part plus cleaned the car I have never had a problem with the workshop or. Front of house staff

It worked, but the confirmatory message acknowledging completion didn't work, initially causing confusion over whether I'd successfully booked in. I originally booked my car in for 0830 drop-off but due to child care issues, the dealership were happy to agree to delayed drop off. When I dud drop off the car (to address a fault),the service coordinator noted that I had a regular service booked for 2 weeks time and offered to complete the service along with correcting the fault, which has saved me an extra trip to the garage. When the car wasn't ready until 1645 and I had around a 1 hour trip to collect it, the garage agreed to an extension to the courtesy car loan until the next morning when I had already planned to go to Glasgow, again making things more convenient for me. And service and fault correction were all completed satisfactorily as well!
