Absolutely delighted with the whole process of getting my Volvo XC40 from start to finish, the ordering process was extremely simple and straightforward, I was kept up to date throughout. When I was advised that the car was at the dealership I called and was given the name of the person I would be dealing with (Derek Taylor). Any time I called and David was busy I was called right back. The handover was smooth the gift of the wee furry animal, the umbrella and notebooks was unexpected but lovely touch. Very Very happy, love my car

Had no problems Everything was fine apart from one issue which wasn’t resolved and I never got any feedback about a tyre I was concerned about
