I called into the Volvo dealership with low expectations of the problem with my car being resolved quickly and economically. I spoke to Angus at the service desk and right from the beginning he was very pleasant and interested, he took care to explain what he was doing to understand the problem and how it might be resolved. His friendly attitude and quick resolution of the problem at minimum cost, was very much appreciated and reflects the attitude of the staff who are a credit to the company.

Great service. Did not take long. Both for the courtesy car and when I collected my own car they brought the car to the front entrance, which is great as I have mobility issues. Really friendly. Efficient.
