No online option of pick up and return or courtesy car The service itself was very good,identifying the need to replace front discs and pads. However, the location of the service centre is causing me some inconvenience, patricularly now that I was unable to timeously get a pick up and return or a courtesy car.

Absolutely first rate. Our salesman Gordon Brown was professional but friendly and knowledgeable, creating a relaxed and personal handover. I have bought many cars over the years but can assure anyone this is the best service I have had by far.

Elizabeth Coogans was able to change the original date for the service to enable continuous use of Volvo Assist. The car was also put through the MOT on the same day as the service. All the work was completed on the same day. Communication with the staff was good and timely.

I Had booked my car in for its first MOT on the 20/10/2023 at 08.45. I dropped the car off the day before before the service department closed for the evening. Angus the service manager had phoned me on the Thursday afternoon to let me know that there was a courtesy car ready for me. I finessed work and went to drop my car off the whole experience was friendly stress free and dropping of my car to picking up the courtesy car was slick and smooth. Next morning I received a text to let me know that my car was ready to pick up. Arrived to pickup the car after its MOT it had also been cleaned the pick up of my car and the return of the courtesy car again was slick and smooth. Well done to Angus and all of the team at Lookers Glasgow.
