It worked, but the confirmatory message acknowledging completion didn't work, initially causing confusion over whether I'd successfully booked in.I originally booked my car in for 0830 drop-off but due to child care issues, the dealership were happy to agree to delayed drop off.When I dud drop off the car (to address a fault),the service coordinator noted that I had a regular service booked for 2 weeks time and offered to complete the service along with correcting the fault, which has saved me an extra trip to the garage.When the car wasn't ready until 1645 and I had around a 1 hour trip to collect it, the garage agreed to an extension to the courtesy car loan until the next morning when I had already planned to go to Glasgow, again making things more convenient for me.And service and fault correction were all completed satisfactorily as well!
