Absolutely delighted with the whole process of getting my Volvo XC40 from start to finish, the ordering process was extremely simple and straightforward, I was kept up to date throughout. When I was advised that the car was at the dealership I called and was given the name of the person I would be dealing with (Derek Taylor). Any time I called and David was busy I was called right back. The handover was smooth the gift of the wee furry animal, the umbrella and notebooks was unexpected but lovely touch. Very Very happy, love my car
