Ross was very personable from the get go, all the while remaining professional and delivering a high standard of service. He was very knowledgable and informative. If he did not know the answer he would endeavour to find out, which I believe enhances the high standard of service he is already delivering for Volvo to its customers. Any questions I had were answered promptly and no stone was left unturned. After the 5 star service I experienced, I would without doubt recommend Lookers Volvo Glasgow to anyone who is thinking about changing up their current vehicle.
