Sales team were excellent (Derek). Have since had an issue with the vehicle and service team not as attentive, again sorted by sales team (Derek). Overall the experience has been far better than with other dealerships I’ve used.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushing. Very helpful in allowing us time to look over lots of aspects of the vehicle as we were trying to decide between different makes.

I have bought various cars from this dealership and found all Personel to be very good. Derek Taylor has looked after my needs for quite a while and being knowledgeable about Volvo is also very good at his job.

Stephen Galbraith was excellent at his job. He was patient, listened, not pushy , was engaging and responsive. On some level I felt bad I didn't eventually buy a car with his help. But I really liked the dealership- the vibe was good. Came across as relaxed and happy. I would definitely recommend Lookers Volvo Glasgow and when next looking for a car I will go back there and recommend to others. They had come recommended to me by friends and I can see why.
