I was offered a test drive and given a good deal on paper but I purchased a vehicle from another branch before I could visit the Volvo dealership. From the contact that I did have with them I was happy with their customer service.

Derek was very helpful and informative - also demonstrated excellent post-sales skills. Liked the free coffee and biscuits (it is often the small things that count). Friendly and helpful staff.

Dealing with Stephen Galbraith was a positive experience, and he provided timely and efficient response to any questions raised. This comment is not related to the performance of the Sales Team, but as an organisation, Lookers should look at reducing the time taken to issue payments due to customers from part exchange process.
