No problems with the service, salesman Elliot was excellent. I do however think that you need to look at the sheer volume of documents and forms that you need completed. I appreciate that compliance/risk etc is now a key requirement, but surely some consolidation would be possible. (ps- you have made a great play of the fact that you are now “Lookers” and not “Taggarts” - all the documentation was in the name of Lookers - you still however have the Taggarts name shown on the photo in the heading!)
