First service at Volvo after 15yrs of Mercedes ownership. Volvo experience more friendly and personable, relaxed, and nicer environment. Bonus points for offering a different model of Volvo as a courtesy car, great way to let me experience what could be my next car.

I spotted a car on Auto Trader which I really liked so I put in an enquiry. Unfortunately I could not afford the car in the end. I was very impressed with Stephen Galbraith, his patience, honesty and his knowledge. He was friendly and willing to put in the effort even though I had explained my financial position. I would contact Stephen again in an instant if the right car at the right price came up.

The sales executive Ross Clark was attentive and knowledgeable. He was keen to help but at no time did we feel pressured by him. He listened and understood our wants and needs. His professional manner and willingness to help made the buying process a real pleasure.

The booking could have been done online if the online calendar reflected true service slot availability for the home pickup/drop-off service. A follow up phone call from the dealership was required to reschedule as the date I selected online was not actually available

I couldn’t find fault in our experience in Volvo Glasgow. Our car was delayed slightly but we were kept in the loop regularly by Stephen. It really felt like he went over and above to make our purchase as smooth as possible. He made us feel instantly welcomed and relaxed when we came to the dealership initially. Would not hesitate to recommend Volvo.

Stephen was great. He didn’t need to offer service plan as there are 2 free with car.So easy to buy a car from him - very natural and trust me, that’s not the case when buying a car so he’s a credit to you

I would like to specially mention Derek who has been excellent. He anticipated my questions and concerns before I even mentioned them which made the purchase of a new car pleasurable. I wish this was my local branch!
