Overall good service.Had to wait far too long for my car; approximately 7-8 months; but that was out of dealerships hands.Angelika was great but she left (got promoted)Mo has been good (only spoke in phone phone and via email). Didn’t meet him on collecting the car as he had Covid.David did handover, was a bit rushed but he squeezed me in last minute.Not an issue as was told to come back once I’ve got used to the car.Finance and paperwork side was fine too. Overall satisfied customer, but kids need some Volvo teddies when we come back 😊

Despite a problem with booking via the Volvo app, you fitted my car in for its 2 year service warned me they might be a delay, but still managed to do the service in a reasonable time
