My only issues was on the website I booked the Service for 12 and have an email confirming that time, however its come through to the dealers as 11am. Luckily the check in call a few days before, and reminder text both said 11 so it was soon picked up, 11am was fine but wasn't an option when I booked!

Have previously had Audi's and BMWs. Volvo's pre and after sales service far exceeds these 2 brands

The vehicle I have began to display issues with its proximity warnings, I received a recall letter, called the number on the letter. I was advised that there is no danger and its quiet safe. WRONG, I was, thankfully on a stretch of road where there was no other traffic. The automatic braking system engaged without warning. The brakes locked, the vehicle veered to the right. If there had been a vehicle behind me there would have been a collision. This incide put the fear of God into my wife and has refused to drive the vehicle.
