Generally a good experience. My only criticism is that I booked in for a brake ABS software recall and on arrival was told that there was also a air con recall that could take an additional 90 minutes. It would have been a better experience if I had been informed of that beforehand and then would have been expecting a 2 hour wait rather than 30-40 minutes.
