Volvo provided a comprehensive service in response to my enquiry. I am fully satisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately, the current Volvo range does. not meet my requirements. Sadly, I will be looking elsewhere for my next car purchase. .

I sent an enquiry about a new car event and didn’t hear anything from the Dealership so I can’t rate my recent experience, however when we originally bought our XC40 from Esser he was great and it was a really positive experience.

I would have given 5 if I could have got a good deal, but only offered £900 equity, £1k loyalty over 4 years pcp. I wanted to exchange my Volvo for a 3yrs pcp deal. I currently have Volvo XC40 mild hybrid and I am coming to the end of my 2nd year out of a 3yr pcp deal.
