I was treated really well on arriving at the dealers who were welcoming, friendly and provided refreshments whilst I waited for the sales executive Eser Akyol. I have been dealing with sales staff for 50 years and Eser is by far the most courteous and customer focused sales person I have ever dealt with. He was extremely helpful and understanding giving well thought out advice. Although I didn’t progress my enquiry at this time I will be back in March when I will discuss further my options on a new car with Eser. He is a credit to Volvo and your sales team.

I had such a poor experience earlier this year with this dealership with whom I have had a service plan since it opened that I am planning not to buy another Volvo after 25 years with the brand but the new team were keen to explain the changes made to the team .
