Efficient booking service, courtesy car ready to go when I arrived. All completed on time, just what I needed.

Eser was extremely patient and helpful going through the handover at a pace I felt comfortable with. Lots of information to take on board but never felt awkward asking questions or that Eser couldn’t spend whatever time necessary to ensure I was completely at ease and comfortable with my new car before driving it away.

They were adequate. Once car service complete there should be an online method to pay to save me spending 20 mins trying to contact Volvo to make payment Very convient because car picked up from home, however was asked to call to pay the bill & I called about 5/6 times over 20 minutes - no answer as turned out everyone in a meeting
