Very efficient and helpful. From placing an order on the 10th to being in the new car on the 21st. The dealership called me the day after my order to outline the process, I said I had no car at the moment so was hoping to get things turned around as quickly as possible and was in the car less than two weeks later. The whole process was really streamlined.

Overall very happy with the service. However, not having a courtesy car was very disappointing. I was with Nissan for 10 years before switching to Volvo and a courtesy car was always made available
