I don't think you can book a courtesy car online, so needed to call for that, but the check-in was fine. I was happy with the service, information provided and being able to wait and do some work and have a cuppa. I would have given 5 stars, but the wait ended up being rather longer than advised.

Booked online, selected a specific date and received confirmation email. Following day, received phone call to say that time wasn't available so needed to select another time over 2 weeks later. Great service completed on same day, despite me requesting additional work at check-in. Friendly and efficient staff.
