There was an issue with the car trial booking system but staff sorted our test drive out. Apparently Volvo Test drive system not working properly. Local staff (David) was really helpful. Please pass on thanks to David who was really courteous and helpful. We had made a test drive booking with a number of other dealers and Volvo Stockport were the best out of those. If you drive a demo car for a dealer - take empty crisp packets out of car please.

The process was seamless and John Paul, who dealt with my order took the time to update me on progress throughout. When it came to the handover it again was seamless and John Paul took the time to provide an overview of the vehicle and set up the phone etc.

Eser Akyol has been an absolute pleasure to do business with, from my first phone call with him all the way through to collecting my vehicle. Eser kept in contact either with a phone call or emails. Whenever I contacted him he was always very quick to respond. Eser gave me great confidence in dealing with him. The vehicle handover was very thorough. He took time to explain and show me things about my new car. Nothing was too much trouble. If I wasn't sure about anything he would always offer to explain it again to me.
