Fast and easy I thought whole process was super Quick efficient and professional

I have had interactions with several different dealerships in the past six months. I confidently say that Volve Stockport is in a different league. Customer service great, David is excellent, clearly a seasoned professional. Only down side is parking - I visited on a Saturday.

Every thing made clear to me and sales man, Andy Bentley could not do enough to make it easy for me.

Ease to work with on a cellphone app. Clear available timeslots allows user to pick a most suitable one. Confirmation by e-mail adding to calendar is helpful. A follow up call by a friendly staff as confirmation add personal touch. Everything flows smoothly from making an appointment to getting having everything done. Very efficient work including both MOT and service. Lounge experience nice and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff with clear information provided.

Not sure what difference it made. Friendly service, completed all the work on time. Courtesy car wasn’t ready when I arrived at the scheduled time. This was resolved after a wait of 30minsand service representative apologised & did his best to resolve the situation.

Excellent customer care and service. I would however point out I have not received the invoice which I paid on the day. I would be grateful if this could please be emailed to me.
