Easy and efficient. Quick set up of infotainment system and car spotless. My only issue was that I was told over the phone by the sales manager (believe his name was Alan) that the car would be handed over with a full tank of petrol whereas only £20 worth of petrol had been added.

I was booked in next day, the work was completed quickly (within 3hrs) while I hung about in a comfy waiting area, with coffee and a book.
