Not sure what difference it made.Friendly service, completed all the work on time. Courtesy car wasn’t ready when I arrived at the scheduled time. This was resolved after a wait of 30minsand service representative apologised & did his best to resolve the situation.

It was easy to check the car in for its appointment online and to receive confirmationLookers Volvo were able to connect the car to the Volvo app which hadn’t been possible when dealing with Volvo via phone call. They also repaired the rear windscreen wiper which I notified them about on the day. They have also offered to hand deliver an order for touchup paints to save me coming back in. All in all they were very helpful and professional
