Eser the Salesman was very good at the point of handover, however the constant delays by Volvo with 3 dates given before actually receiving the car was poor. Especially when the car was ready and just sat over in Hull for this time. Eser did chase but clearly the logistics aren't well organised.

It was forst thing on a Sunday but no-one was there in the showroom to greet us and we waited for 10 mins before anyone was around. Everything else was good.
