I would have given a five star but my car was booked in for 9am, I arrived there about 8.45 and when I checked for an update at 2.30pm my vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. At got a call at 4.30 to say my vehicle was ready and coming from Rochdale there would have been no way I would have got to Stockport by 5pm so I had to collect on Saturday morning. Although I had a courtesy vehicle I still found it inconvenient having to go back Saturday morning other than that happy with the service

I do prefer to speak to the service department when booking in.I took my XC60 in at approx 08.45 for its 2nd year service, then I received a call from the service department at 11:39 to say that the vehicle is ready for collection. Excellent service.
