Easy and efficient. Quick set up of infotainment system and car spotless. My only issue was that I was told over the phone by the sales manager (believe his name was Alan) that the car would be handed over with a full tank of petrol whereas only £20 worth of petrol had been added.

Sales rep was really helpful and arranged for us to test drive area managers xc60 as it was the spec we were interested in. He was really relaxed and not remotely pushy which meant we could experience the test drive the way we wanted.
